API 5DP Drill pipe is composed of pipe body and tool joint by welded together. It is used to connect drilling rig surface equipment and bottom equipment or bottom hole equipment. Furthermore, drilling pipe can bear heavy pressure from internal and external, twist, bend and vibration which can be used more than one time during oil or gas production.
1) Standard:
API SPEC 5CT for casing and tubing
API 5DP/API SPEC 7-1 HWDP for drill pipe
API 5L for pipeline pipe
API 11B for steel sucker rods
API 5B for thread processing, measurement and test of casing and tubing and line pipe.
2) Wall Thickness: 4.5mm~20mm
3) Outer Diameter: from 89mm~168mm 2 3/8"-- 6 5/8"
4) Grade:10#, 20#, 45#, Q345, ST35.8, ST37, ST42, ST45, ST52, API 5L /GR.B-X60, API 5CT /J55 K55 N80, A53, A106, A192, A179, A210, and etc.
5) Process Method:hot rolling.
6) Surface Coating:varnish painted on pipe(black painting),anti-corrosion oil,galvanized,or painting as customer's request.
